TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms:
  • Course fee is due upon registration and must be paid in full before the course start date.
  • Payment can be made by debit card, Stripe, paypal bank transfer, or UPI.
  • Any additional expenses incurred by the participant will be their responsibility, such as foreign exchange fees or bank charges.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • Payments made in foreign currencies will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate provided by our bank, with a 3% conversion fee.
  • If the participant cancels their enrolment within 7 days, they are eligible for a refund, which will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Participants who have completed more than 50% of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
Course Delivery Terms:
  • The course will be delivered through an online platform using Zoom, with the link provided upon registration.
  • All course materials will be sent to participants via email in PDF format.
  • The course will be delivered through a combination of live online classes and pre-recorded video lectures.
  • Users must meet certain eligibility requirements to participate in the online training, such as having work experience in an anyone programming language.
User Conduct Terms:
  • Users must follow a specific registration process, such as filling out a registration form, providing contact information and payment details, and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
  • Users must conduct themselves in a professional manner during the course, which may include refraining from using offensive language, behaving inappropriately toward others, or engaging in any form of discrimination or harassment.
  • Users should communicate respectfully and constructively with other participants and course instructors.
  • Users are expected to contribute positively to group activities and work collaboratively with other participants, sharing ideas and respecting the contributions of others.
  • Users must ensure that they have the necessary technology and equipment to participate in the course.
  • Users may be required to maintain confidentiality around certain course materials, discussions, or other confidential information related to the course.
  • The course provider may request feedback or suggestions from users regarding the course content, and any such feedback or suggestions may become the property of the course provider.
  • The course provider is not responsible for any technical issues that users may encounter while participating in the course.
  • By accessing and using the website, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of service.
